To record your activity use forms 7929 and 7930. Effective Jan 1, 2008, the 7030 mission activity report form will have a number of major changes incorporated. Many of the mission activity codes have been dropped or revised. In addition the mission code descriptions shown on pages 3 through 8 of the 7030 have been changed and expanded so it is important to print these pages and have them accessible when filling out the new form.
